Well this is my first time blogging and my first post. I am not tech savvy so excuse me as I muddle my way through this.
For those of you that don't know we are a family of six ; Tim, Circe (me), Julia 10, Zachary 7, Oliver 3 and Asher 4 months.

A couple of years ago Tim and I decided we wanted to see more of the world and downsize our life. We did the whole new car, new house and seeing how many possessions we could acquire. We realized that was not the end all and be all of life. We had always dreamed of sailing around the world and decided we would rather do it sooner rather than later. Plus what a better way for the kids to learn about the world than by experiencing it first hand. We had planned on selling the house, getting rid of our stuff and taking off. Of course things didn't happen the way we had planned.
So here we are two years later finally ready to leave. Instead of starting off in a boat we are in a 1973 Dodge Champion Motorhome. We affectionately call her Abby Orange.
We are leaving from Glenwood Springs,Colorado and heading towards Florida. Tim plans to work along the way. After about six months we plan on moving to Barbuda in the Caribbean. Tim has a job there. Of course we all know how plans go so we shall see what happens.
I plan on blogging about where we travel, homeschooling, and what it is like trying to simplify life. I encourage comments!
